ABA-Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Fall Leadership Meeting

Christopher Yetka of the Minneapolis Office presented a CLE on Insurance Policy Interpretation and Construction at the ABA-Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Fall Leadership Meeting held Oct. 10 in Minneapolis. His presentation was part of a broader, plenary panel entitled: "More Diligence is Due: What Every Lawyer Must Know About Insurance." Christopher was joined on the panel by insurance practitioners from around the country, including staff and in-house counsel from insurers and a broker.
