ABA Forum on the Construction Industry's 2013 Annual Meeting
Clifford Shapiro of Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Chicago office was a featured speaker at the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry's annual meeting held in Dana Point, California on April 25-27, 2013. Clif spoke at the joint Division 7 and Division 9 luncheon session. His talk was titled "The Next Wave In Insurance Coverage For Construction Defect Claims: New State Statutes and the Occurrence Issue."
