7th Circuit Education Seminar for the American College of Bankruptcy

On Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, Deb Thorne of Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Chicago office spoke at the 7th Circuit Education Seminar for the American College of Bankruptcy. Deb's session addressed proposed changes needed in the Bankruptcy Code. She specifically addressed the needed changes in section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code (preferences) and changes needed in section 503(b)(9) dealing with the delivery of goods. Deb's fellow panelists were all fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy.
