24th Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines

On May 28, Roscoe Howard of the Washington, D.C., office participated on a panel discussing plea bargaining at the 24th Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Also on the panel were A. Lee Bentley III, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida; Sarah Fulton Hutchins, attorney at Parker Poe; and Marjorie J. Peerce, attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP. The moderator was Latour "LT" Lafferty, attorney at Holland & Knight LLP. The event was held in St. Petersburg, Florida, at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club.
