Attorney Presentation - "Why Barnes & Thornburg Supports IndianaFIRST"

At the IndianaFIRST Robotics Competition on March 24, Sam Giesting and Scott Simmonds of the Indianapolis office spoke to a room full of volunteers and sponsors about why Barnes & Thornburg supports IndianaFIRST, an organization dedicated to growing For Inspiration and Recognition Science and Technology (FIRST) robotics programs in the state of Indiana. The robotics program provides students in grades K-12 with hands-on learning opportunities and encourages an interest in science, engineering and technology. Sam is a former member of the IndianaFIRST board of directors and a former team mentor. Scott has been working with the organization to expand its footprint into more schools in southeastern Indiana.
