They're Here -- New NLRB "Quickie" Election Rules Go Into Effect Today

After literally years of litigation and controversy, the NLRB's "quickie" election rules go into effect beginning today.  This is despite recent efforts from both Congress and employer groups in the courts to derail the rules once again. See our post last week for a complete summary of the rules and some compliance materials provided by NLRB Region 7.
