Zach has extensive experience working with clients in federal and state courts on a variety of matters relating to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and antitrust violations. Zach regularly handles all phases of complex litigation. His experience includes drafting complaints, pre-litigation demand letters, and dispositive motions such as summary judgment, anti-SLAPP motions, demurrers, and motions in limine. He has argued dispositive motions in state and federal courts and prepared trial briefs, witness lists, and exhibit lists in multi-million-dollar disputes. 

Zach also manages large-scale discovery in matters involving extensive electronic records, including document production, privilege review, and meet-and-confer negotiations regarding custodians, search terms, and discovery scope. He has taken and defended depositions of lay and expert witnesses and works closely with clients on discovery responses, witness preparation, and overall litigation strategy.
