Yoonhee Kim is a staff attorney who represents clients in employment litigation matters, bringing more than a decade of employment law counseling experience to her practice.

Yoonhee counsels employers on wage-and-hour compliance, employee classification, and EEO matters involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and defends PAGA and class action claims. She develops and updates employee handbooks, HR policies, and other HR-related documents to help employers stay compliant with current laws and regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, Yoonhee spent several years advising companies on employment law and HR compliance matters, including handling employment-related issues across multiple states, developing employee handbooks and policies, managing workplace investigations, and advising on disability and pregnancy accommodations. She also represented clients in workers' compensation litigation matters, including depositions, hearings and settlement negotiations. Earlier in her career, she worked for nearly seven years in Korea as a certified labor affairs consultant, advising companies on labor and employment law matters, including investigations, layoffs and performance improvement plans.
