William Harper is an Associate at Barnes & Thornburg, practicing in the Government Services and Finance group with a focus on public finance matters. He works with clients on a range of public finance transactions.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, William practiced in a pair of public finance groups and acted as bond counsel, underwriters counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer’s counsel and special tax counsel in various types of public finance transactions. He has worked with housing finance agencies and underwriters, municipalities, and corporations in numerous transactions.
