Will Thorsen is a conflicts attorney in the firm’s Office of General Counsel. With over a decade of experience as a conflicts and ethics attorney, Will advises on complex conflict analysis and conflict resolution to quickly and efficiently assist colleagues in bringing new business into the firm.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Will spent two years at an Am Law 200 firm as senior conflicts counsel and nine years at an Am Law 100 firm as a conflicts attorney, where he gained valuable experience identifying conflicts, enforcing firm-specific conflicts policies, analyzing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines, overseeing conflict analysts, and implementing ethical screens.
