A thoughtful and experienced litigator, attorney Victor Obasaju focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and regulatory matters. Victor has represented clients in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). He brings a sharp, strategic approach to high-stakes litigation, guiding clients through complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and regulatory and enforcement matters. As a member of Barnes & Thornburg’s Litigation department, he advises companies facing significant business and reputational risk — whether in federal or state court, at the pre-litigation stage, or in response to regulatory scrutiny.
