His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, venture business and financing, and strategic joint ventures, where he draws on both legal and commercial insight to help clients achieve their objectives.

Earlier in his career, Tsuyoshi practiced at a law firm in Japan, where he advised clients of all sizes on corporate, M&A, finance, and real estate matters. He also spent time in the compliance division of a Japanese bank, gaining insight into Japanese corporate decision-making and business culture that continues to inform his tailored, business-minded approach to advising clients today.
