Tracey has extensive experience working with issuers, underwriters, purchasers, and borrowers in tax-exempt and taxable bond financings. She assists attorneys in preparing official statements, bond purchase agreements, indentures, loan agreements, sale and assignment agreements, indemnification agreements, tax certificates, UCC financing statements, closing certificates, opinions, and other financing documents and organizing closings for bond financings.
Tracey is knowledgeable in the areas of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, charter school revenue bonds, tax increment financing and general obligation bonds. She is also knowledgeable about estate planning and administration matters.
