Timothy Middleton advises clients on public finance matters, assisting with municipal finance transactions and the preparation of disclosure and closing materials. His experience includes drafting transaction documents and researching issues under local bond law and local budget law.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Timothy supported public finance matters by preparing preliminary official statements, official statements, bond ordinances and resolutions and other closing documents tailored to client needs, as well as drafting transaction memoranda. He also conducted legal research on local bond law and local budget law.
