Timothy Junk brings four decades of environmental and bankruptcy litigation experience, having served six successive Indiana attorneys general as deputy attorney general. Tim advises clients on Superfund matters and sophisticated environmental litigation.
As a Deputy Attorney General, he prosecuted and defended complex environmental cases in administrative, state, and federal tribunals, including cases before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals. He litigated matters related to the federal and state regulation of land, water and air, including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) sites, surface mining sites, floodways, dams and asserting natural resource damage claims.
