Tom Engle blends architectural skills with legal acumen to navigate complex construction, real estate, and historic preservation matters. Tom's unique background as a practicing architect for 15 years infuses his legal counsel with practical insights, allowing him to bridge the gap between design vision and legal reality for his clients.
This dual perspective proves invaluable in construction law matters and commercial real estate transactions. Tom's architectural experience allows him to anticipate potential issues before they arise, saving clients time and resources. His deep understanding of the built environment translates into more effective legal strategies and smoother project execution.
Architecture and law are both about structure - one physical, one intellectual. I build the legal framework that allows great designs to become reality."
