Teri concentrates in the review of surveys and titles for commercial transactions, including tracking and plotting of legal descriptions, examination of documents affecting title, examination of the survey for additional encumbrances which may affect the property, and direct contact with title companies and surveyors to resolve survey and title issues.
Teri's other responsibilities include the drafting of real estate documents, preparing and filing Uniform Commercial Codes, attending and assisting with closings, reviewing title insurance policies, and following up with post-closing title and/or survey matters. She also participates in seminars for clients regarding survey and title issues.
