Practical, strategic and solution-oriented, Talia Wagner is a commercial litigator with deep experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters. She represents lenders, creditors’ committees, and borrowers in distressed situations, including Chapter 11 proceedings, real estate and asset-based financings, sales and liquidations. Talia maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, handling disputes involving creditors’ rights, contracts, and business operations in both state and federal courts. Additionally, she manages foreclosure matters for the firm’s Atlanta office, guiding clients through the legal and procedural complexities efficiently.
Talia represents clients in connection with plan confirmation issues, asset purchases, negotiation of cash collateral orders, and claim objections. She handles complex insolvency and business disputes, often involving stay litigation, fraudulent transfer litigation, and preference litigation. Her practice also includes broader commercial litigation work, representing clients in disputes related to creditors’ rights, breaches of contract, and general business matters.
In her work overseeing the Atlanta office’s foreclosure matters, Talia provides strategic oversight and ensures compliance across jurisdictions. She also brings experience litigating in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, numerous U.S. district and bankruptcy courts, and state courts in Georgia and across the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Talia was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of an Atlanta-based law firm.
