As Director of Internal Initiatives, Susan Haag leads the strategy and execution of firmwide internal meetings, retreats, summits, and other professional programming, including the BT Foundation established by the firm in 2020.
With more than 40 years of legal industry experience, she creates high impact, culturally aligned initiatives that support the firm’s people and priorities. Susan joined the firm in 1998 in the South Bend office, and spent six years in the Dallas office before relocating to Atlanta in 2025.
