Steven Baldwin focuses his practice on a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including contract, business tort and unfair competition lawsuits. Steven represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He actively participates in virtually all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, summary judgment briefs, and defending and taking depositions and preparing expert witnesses for trial.
