Stephen A. Seall is of counsel (retired) in Barnes & Thornburg's South Bend, Indiana office. Stephen represents clients in purchasing or selling businesses and advises corporate clients on tax-related, contractual, and other business issues.
Stephen regularly represents taxpayers against the Internal Revenue Service in civil and criminal tax controversies, both in administrative proceedings and in litigation in the United States Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, and District Courts.
