Sophie Gray brings a collaborative and analytical approach to corporate law. She assists attorneys with legal research, drafting and analysis related to transactions, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters. Sophie previously served as a summer associate with the firm. She also gained valuable enforcement and compliance experience in nonprofit and academic settings, including conducting legal research for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Sophie supports real estate matters by assisting with legal research, drafting memoranda, and reviewing statutes, regulations and transactional documents. Sophie applies strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help advance both short- and long-term real estate projects.
