Skye Nickalls is a transactional attorney whose practice spans a wide array of public finance and project finance matters. She represents issuers, underwriters, and purchasers of municipal securities, including counties, cities, school districts, municipal authorities, banks, broker-dealers and nonprofit entities as bond counsel, special counsel, borrower counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter counsel.
Skye has extensive experience with receivables securitizations, general obligation bonds, tax anticipation notes, revenue obligations, and financings for public infrastructure, special assessment districts, economic development, hospital systems, colleges and universities, and other nonprofit entities. Skye also advises clients in affordable housing transactions, including multifamily and military housing projects and low income housing tax credit projects.
