Shaun Kim is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on complex litigation and product liability disputes in federal and state courts. He partners closely with clients to develop strategic, business-focused solutions that align legal objectives with broader business goals.
Shaun manages all phases of litigation, including case assessment and strategy, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and trial support. He also supports appellate strategy and briefing in federal and state appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Shaun practiced at an international law firm, where he represented clients in complex commercial disputes. Shaun has also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
