OVERVIEW

A consummate team player, with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail, Seonag Imfeld is a trusted paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in-house and in private practice. Seonag knows how to ask the right questions of her attorneys and clients in order to help clients identify their estate and business planning goals, and options for achieving those goals.

Having assisted attorneys and their clients with a broad spectrum of projects and cases in the course of her career, Seonag focuses her work on assisting high net worth clients with estate planning, as well as owners of privately owned companies with business succession planning.

Seonag helps prepare preliminary estate documents, including selection summaries, wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and related, ancillary documentation. She also assists in drafting asset re-titling documents, asset planning summaries, title letters and transfer deeds. And whenever needed, Seonag brings her extensive legal research skills to bear.

Seonag has a deep respect and value for her client relationships. As such, she leverages her ability to communicate effortlessly, allowing her to learn what her clients’ goals and options are, including review of individual and family succession planning options, particularly when a family’s net worth is connected to the equity of their privately owned company.

Earlier in her career, Seonag handled a range of matters involving business, criminal, construction, copyright, employment, estate planning, and product liability. She also consulted with experts, provided guidance for local and national counsel, and assisted in the development of a searchable electronic method of document production.
