Savannah Robinson is the chief of staff at Barnes & Thornburg. She works closely with the firm managing partner, helping align leadership priorities, guide firmwide operations, and drive execution of key initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and performance.
Working closely with the firm’s management committee, C-suite, office managing partners, and department chairs, Savannah plays a central role in connecting leadership and advancing firmwide alignment. She translates strategy into action by bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex, cross-functional priorities. Her work strengthens collaboration across offices and business departments while ensuring that strategic decisions are implemented effectively.
She also leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance the firm’s long-term growth and operational excellence. In partnership with firm leadership, she supports organizational design, operational improvements, and firmwide initiatives.
Savannah is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to bring people together to solve complex challenges. She is committed to developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Prior to becoming chief of staff, Savannah served as chief legal talent officer, where she led the firm’s approach to legal talent development, performance management, and professional growth across practice groups and offices. Earlier in her career, she served as office administrator for the firm’s Fort Wayne office, supporting strategic planning, business development, and operations.
Savannah holds a Lean Six Sigma certification and regularly speaks on leadership and professional development. She has also served as a lecturer at Purdue University Fort Wayne, teaching courses on human resource management and environmental policy.
She is deeply committed to her community and supporting initiatives that strengthen the communities where she lives and works.
