Sam assists with the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, O-1A and adjustment of status filings, as well as PERM labor certification and I-140 cases. He supports clients in maintaining nonimmigrant visa status for foreign national employees and manages case status reporting to keep clients informed throughout the petition process.

He manages high-volume caseloads, supports H-1B cap registration and cap case filings, and contributes to process improvements designed to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Sam also mentors junior paralegals, helping to build team capability and consistency in case handling.
