Robin works in the firm’s Office of General Counsel providing counsel to firm attorneys on legal ethics concerns, client matter intake, compliance issues and other risk prevention and professional responsibility matters that may arise in the practice of law. Robin handles due diligence for lateral candidates and legal personnel. Additionally, she drafts and reviews conflict waivers, engagement letters, marketing materials and other documents relating to ethical compliance and risk management.
