Rebecca Trela is a trial lawyer and former journalist who brings strategic thinking, focus and practicality to complex disputes. She defends multinational and Fortune 500 companies against product liability and other tort claims, including allegations of deceptive trade practices, off-label promotion, and common-law fraud. 

Rebecca has successfully represented pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods companies at trial and mediation, through dispositive motion practice, and in pre-suit negotiations. She has experience preparing company executives on key safety, regulatory, and scientific issues for sworn testimony, and has served as national and local counsel in more than half a dozen mass tort proceedings.
