Rebecca Griffith advises clients on a wide range of capital raising and transactional matters in commercial real estate, with a focus on structuring joint ventures and private equity funds across all asset classes. She is skilled at translating complex legal frameworks into practical, business-aligned solutions that help clients achieve their strategic goals.

Rebecca’s experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial entity formation and capital raising to joint venture structuring and closing. She regularly drafts and negotiates corporate and investment documents, including limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements and fund offering materials, such as private placement memoranda and subscription agreements. She works with a broad range of clients including real estate sponsors, developers, investors, private equity funds and institutional investors.
