Randy Rompola serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in a wide array of taxable and tax-exempt public finance and economic development transactions. With 30 years of experience, Randy’s practice has focused on serving as bond counsel for municipal clients in general obligation and revenue bonds, special taxing district bonds, utility revenue bonds, tax increment financings (TIF) and economic development bonds. He also has served as bond counsel in conduit financings for healthcare, educational institutions, senior living and multifamily housing projects. Moreover, Randy has served as underwriter’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in similar transactions.
