He also advises both public and private clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged leasing, and a broad range of general business law matters.
With nearly four decades of experience, Randy possesses a comprehensive background in all aspects of project, energy, and public finance. He has served as underwriter’s counsel and bond counsel, guiding clients through the structuring, offering, placement, remarketing, and restructuring of tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities, corporate debentures, and other complex debt instruments.
