Rachel consults with clients regarding the state of the law and current trends regarding product liability class action matters and advises on risk mitigation strategies in response. Additionally, Rachel is skilled in the areas of case management, motion and letter drafting, and discovery on virtually all breach of warranty matters.
Rachel’s experience includes conducting large-scale document review on class actions, asbestos litigation, and product liability matters. Rachel also has experience reviewing various advertisements and internal and third-party dealer materials for Federal Trade Commission compliance, in addition to reviewing competitors’ false advertising claims and preparing cease and desist letters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Rachel was a multistate licensed mortgage broker and loss mitigation specialist for a leading residential mortgage company.
