Princess Fuller focuses her practice on both mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and complex investments across a range of industries. She advises sponsors, investment funds, developers and lenders on structuring, negotiating and executing strategic transactions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

A significant portion of Princess’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters. She represents clients in the development, financing and transfer of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including advising on project financings and negotiating credit, security and purchase agreements. Her experience spans solar and storage projects and other energy-related platforms, and includes working with sponsors, tax equity investors, financial institutions and private equity sponsors in both domestic and international contexts.

In addition to her transactional work, Princess brings a strong regulatory and policy foundation to her practice. She previously served as an honors program intern in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as a district intern for the late Congressman John Lewis.
