Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Prashanthi practiced at a full-service law firm, where she worked on a variety of litigation matters and gained experience assisting with depositions, discovery, and motion practice. This breadth of experience strengthened her ability to adapt quickly to new legal issues, factual circumstances, and the demands of each matter.
During law school, Prashanthi built a broad legal foundation through internships in private practice and in-house settings. These experiences exposed her to employment-related issues, internal investigations, contract review, and regulatory matters, and gave her a practical understanding of how legal strategy intersects business operations.
