Corporate and transactions attorney Peter Trybula was a hands-on adviser who cared about what each client needed to succeed and the relationships he cultivated. Sensitive to how his legal counsel would benefit each client in a tangible way, Peter was dedicated to offering advice that was practical, an approach that helped him to maintain client relationships over decades of practice.
Peter’s practice was focused on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He represented numerous clients as lead counsel for purchases and sales of businesses that collectively totaled billions of dollars in value of leveraged and management-led buyouts over the course of his decades-long career. In addition to his M&A work, Peter advised on a variety of corporate law matters, particularly for middle market companies that are family-owned or privately held. He also organized corporate, partnership and limited liability companies, either as start-up businesses or as joint ventures, and represented these companies in equity fundings.
