For nearly three decades, Paul Hunt has advised business clients on complex intellectual property law matters. In his role as litigator and counselor, Paul seeks practical and efficient solutions when identifying and implementing winning strategies and advocating his clients’ rights.
Paul safeguards intellectual property assets for small and large businesses alike. He has served as lead counsel for clients such as ABB, BISSELL, Corning Incorporated, Cummins Inc., Ingersoll Rand, Roche Diagnostics and Whirlpool Corporation in patent litigation matters. Paul has served as lead trial counsel in cases in federal courts from the West to the East Coasts. He has also argued multiple appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
