Paige’s practice focuses on domestic and international tax structuring, tax diligence, and a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and dispositions.
Paige also works with private investment fund clients on the tax and various other aspects of fund formations, fundraising, ongoing operations, and compliance.Prior to joining the firm, Paige was a consultant for a leading accounting firm, where she was a member of the project management team for several multimillion-dollar IT systems integrations at major domestic manufacturers. During law school, Paige earned her MBA in accounting and finance with a focus on corporate taxation.
