Andy frequently represents lenders in the creation and implementation of multifamily affordable housing loan programs particularly involving the purchase of tax-exempt and taxable bonds and loans to finance affordable housing on transactions across the country.
Additionally, Andy has considerable experience in financing mixed-used developments through tax increment and special assessment districts, and he regularly advises on debt restructurings and workouts. His practice frequently involves the structuring and negotiation of interest rate swaps, caps, and other sophisticated derivatives products.
