OVERVIEW

Paul Quincy represents clients in a broad array of litigation and government investigation matters. With strong organization skills and an eye toward finding creative solutions, Paul is well-versed in advising on contract disputes and product liability, antitrust, bankruptcy and white collar issues.

Paul has led teams through virtually all stages of litigation, beginning with pre-suit fact development and carrying clients all the way to trial. He applies his organizational mindset throughout his practice, and he has developed experience in trial management, taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, and drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Paul also has experience taking a wide range of depositions, including offensive, defensive, government, expert, 30(b)(6), plaintiff, and defendant depositions.

As a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Paul managed a significant portion of the judge’s docket, including key research, drafting, hearing preparation, and dispute resolution in a broad variety of claims, including civil rights abuses, wrongful termination and complex consumer class actions.

Paul was also a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and Department of Justice’s Office for Civil Rights and, prior to law school, was an assistant paralegal.
