His work involves the drafting of stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary closing documents, and other transactional documents required to close a deal. Justin’s close attention to detail enables him to provide thorough work on even the most meticulous matters.
As a summer associate prior to joining the firm full-time, Justin worked on legal memoranda related to real estate, healthcare, and immigration matters. He also assisted in reorganizing corporate records and ensuring compliance with corporate policy. Notably, he also gained experience in stock purchase agreement negotiations and drafting.
Justin also was a law clerk in Detroit for Lakeshore Legal Aid, where he performed duties related to civil litigation, drafted complaints and represented indigent clients before Michigan judges in landlord/tenant disputes, family law matters and unemployment benefits cases.
