From startup venture to the final sale, business attorney Jim Tuesley represents emerging, fast-growth, family-owned and middle market companies on the full range of commercial transactions and corporate law advice. His experience includes legal counsel pertaining to real estate, banking and finance, corporate, and tax law matters.

Jim is committed to proving, time and again, his ability to serve as a trusted adviser in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and other related transactions. He represents clients involved in commercial development, leasing and financing, as well as advises on real estate-related structuring, tax deferred exchanges and other tax-advantaged matters.

He handles the transactional needs of a wide range of businesses, including small, family-owned companies and publicly traded corporations from a variety of industries, including media, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and service. His experience includes healthcare facility leasing and development, and other general transactional work involving healthcare entities. 

Jim is dedicated to taking the time to truly learn what each client needs. Attentive, responsive and thoughtful, he focuses on understanding his client’s business and operational imperatives while also addressing their goals for the future. A team player with two decades of experience, Jim strives to go out of his way to remain accessible and available to everyone around him. He seeks to guide clients through the challenges and obstacles they face – from initial conception to liquidity and exit.
