Alex helps clients navigate complex transactions and deals. He aims to understand his clients’ needs with a focus on aligning their transactional matters with their business objectives.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time, Alex was a summer associate and law clerk at the firm. He gained experience supporting various mergers and acquisitions and drafting a wide range of corporate documents, financial instruments, real estate purchase agreements and other transactional agreements.
While in law school, Alex was an extern with the Honorable Damon R. Leichty of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Alex was a marketing and sales professional for 10 years in the hand tool industry.
