She has experience with a variety of visa petitions including H-1B, H-4, H-1B1, L-1, L-2, E-3, B-1, TN, TD, O-1, Labor Certifications, I-140, EB-1, National Interest Waiver, Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document, Application for Travel Document, Request for Information, Request for Evidence, PERM Audits, and Consular Processing.

Prior to joining the firm, Barbie was an immigration paralegal where she prepared, reviewed and filed non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Labor.
