Francis primarily represents commercial banks, private lenders and other sources of debt capital in a variety of commercial lending transactions, including asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, venture debt financings, bridge loans and leveraged acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Francis was an associate in the project finance group of the New York office of an international law firm.
