Autumn produces concise and directed legal arguments to advance the client's position. She has guided clients through virtually all aspects of pretrial practice, supporting multiple litigation teams through the pleadings stage, discovery, and trial preparation. She has also represented clients on appeal, including drafting jurisdictional motions and appellate briefs.
Autumn is a member of the team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess, and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
Outside of her practice, Autumn is a volunteer for the Minnesota Volunteer Lawyers Network's housing clinic, providing free legal advice to low-income tenants and landlords. She also co-chairs the Minnesota Women Lawyer's Legal Athletes, an affinity group that connects women lawyers through physical and mental wellness activities.
