Shant has experience representing individuals and businesses in actions including consumer class action, product liability, toxic tort, construction defect, construction injury, habitability, general personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, and elder abuse.
With experience in most stages of litigation and in crafting valuable legal arguments, Shant performs research and analysis, prepares memos regarding legal issues, and drafts motions, briefs, discovery, and other case submissions in preparation for negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Prior to law school, Shant gained experience as a legal intern for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. During law school, he continued acquiring legal experience as a summer extern for the California Department of Transportation’s legal division and as a summer associate at a Los Angeles law firm, where he also practiced for several years after earning his J.D.
When not working, Shant enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, watching and playing sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
