Nabi has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions, guiding clients through drafting purchase agreements, conducting due diligence and coordinating multifaceted M&A deal teams. He has also been instrumental in negotiating venture capital financings, where he is actively involved in drafting corresponding deal documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

With a passion for serving others, Nabi has also been frequently involved in pro bono work. He has experience drafting essential corporate documents such as formation documents, bylaws, and committee charters on a pro bono basis

Prior to joining the firm, Nabi was an associate at a Palo Alto-based firm where he represented early- and late-stage private companies in a variety of industries in a wide range of financing transactions and general corporate matters.
