Kim has worked on a variety of taxable and tax-exempt financings for cities, towns, counties, regional water and sewer districts, conservancy districts, fire protection districts, park districts, storm water districts, hospitals, retirement communities, universities, colleges and school corporations. In addition to acting as bond counsel, she has participated in public finance transactions in other capacities, including as underwriter's counsel, bank counsel, issuer's counsel and borrower’s counsel.
As clients and their projects continue to evolve, Kim has also demonstrated the ability to adapt deal structures and transaction parameters to reflect even the most unique needs and ambitious agendas. Kim diligently focuses on responsiveness to those she serves in order to address time-sensitive issues in an effective manner.
