Frank defends manufacturers and retailers of all shapes and sizes in product liability and negligence actions as well as assisting in the negotiation and execution of large-scale settlement agreements. He has a passion for efficiently and effectively solving complex issues facing these clients.
A creative thinker, Frank concentrates on helping to execute litigation strategies and to navigate the e-discovery process in the most efficient and effective manner for the benefit of his clients.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Frank worked for two other Indiana firms, where he gained substantial experience representing businesses and municipalities both in and out of the courtroom.
